Patterson, Annie Elizabeth (Betty); At Groves Memorial Community Hospital on Thursday, June 10, 2010 in her 96th year. Born to James and Annie Reid in 1914 in Elgin Scotland. Beloved wife of the late Alexander Clark 1962, and Charles S. Patterson 1982. She leaves to mourn her brother William (Lena) Reid; her daughters Elsie Robinson and Joyce (Al) Bartlett; her sons John (Gwen) and James (Debbie) Clark; stepsons Charles (Elizabeth), James (Janet) and Kerr Patterson. Proud grandmother of 30, great grandmother of 33 and great great grandmother of 7. Pre-deceased by her daughter Jean Murray; her sister Elsie; her brothers George (WWII), James, Dave and Angus Reid; her step-daughter Margaret Skelton; step-sons Sinclair and Ian Patterson; grandson James Hathaway. Betty was a faithful member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for the 19 years she lived in Fergus. Friends were received at the Thomson Funeral Home, 160 St. David Street North, 519-843-2380 on Friday, June 11, 2010 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service took place in the chapel on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10am. Cremation followed the service.
