Born 17th Oct. 1974 passed peacefully on Friday April 26th 2024. We lost an incredible daughter, aunt, soulmate and friend. Michal will be dearly missed by her soulmate and the love of her life, Mathew Bowen, born from an amazing Mother, Rita Floto, and became a beautiful child of Barnie Floto, her sister Jody Rooney (Shane), nephew Joshua (Ginger) Rooney and niece Zoey Rooney (Chris). She lives in our hearts and memories, a very spiritual soul, loving of Nature and the guidance of God and Michal’s Angels. Michal spent her life in the film industry working her way from entry positions to becoming Assistant Director for many films and television productions. No one could pass her and not notice Michal’s beautiful smile and heart giving nature. Her laughter and grace filled every occasion. Michal’s love for children and the ‘child in all of us’ made her so exceptional. Even with years of debilitating illness, Michal would always see the bright side of everything. This loving soul is our loss, and God’s best little treasure. We as Family and a community of loving friends, will not forget her beauty, her smile and generous heart. “Who are we to argue, when God calls us home”. Michal had a great love for her pets and animals and all of Nature.
