It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ron Muller announces his passing on April 23, 2023 in his 78th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years Edna (Clark) and their four children Debbie (Andy) Crane, Rebecca (Chad) Muller Bartlett, Amy (Vern) Martin, David (Heidi) Muller. Proudest grandpa of Adam, Ryan, Austin, David, Jonas, Emmaline, Levi, Evan and Maeve. Great grandpa of Loreanne and Amelia. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Olive and brother Doug, he leaves behind sisters Linda and Jane and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Numerous friendships were made over the 24 years that Ron and Edna owned Highland Ice. Ron loved the great outdoors, and building things, particularly with wood. He built the places where family and friends could gather, build traditions and make memories, including his family home and cottage. He’ll be missed by his hunting buddies and Wednesday night coffee friends. Above all Ron loved creating memories with his family and sharing a good joke with friends, (often at someone else’s expense). Donations to Groves Memorial Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. Please join his family and friends in a drop-in celebration of life at his home Sunday, April 30, 1-5pm. Please bring a story or two to share about Ron.
