Muir, John A.; Suddenly on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his home in Mount Forest, John Muir formerly of Fergus and Elora in his 76th year. Loving father of Debbie, John and Cindy. Lovingly survived by his grandchildren. Dearest brother of Shirley Fairweather of R.R.#1 Fergus and Peggy Black and her husband Jim of Mount Forest. John is fondly remembered by a number of nieces and nephews and other family. Pre-deceased by his parents George and Margaret Muir, brother George Muir, sister Betty Ann Jones, brother-in-law Arthur Fairweather and nephew Robert (Bob) Black. A private family service was held at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 37 CHURCH STREET, ELORA on Friday, February 4, 2011. Cremation followed.
