MOLENAAR, Richard, of R.R.#1 Moorefield, passed away suddenly at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Friday, June 3, 2016 in his 52nd year. Beloved husband of Cheryl (McBeth) Molenaar for 31 years. Dear father of Jessica and Joshua Hamilton of Fergus and Jennifer Molenaar and her fiancé Philip Harwood of Kitchener. Brother of Ken Molenaar of Toronto, Tim and Tammie Molenaar of Manatoulin Island, Ed and Linda Molenaar of Fergus and Joe and Angela Molenaar of Barrie. Son-in-law of Geraldine McBeth of Palmerston and the late Bryan McBeth. Grandson-in-law of Mabel Williams of Palmerston. Brother-in-law of Brad and Bonnie McBeth of Palmerston and Barry and Tracy McBeth of Rothsay. Fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Arie Molenaar and Ethel (Hudson) Molenaar and by his brother Billy in infancy. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Rev. Pam Tolmay conducted the Funeral Service in the Palmerston United Church on Monday June 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
