Beloved husband of Laurene (Fischer) Mitchell. Loved father of Katherine Watkins & husband Donald of Conestago Estates and Jeffrey Mitchell & wife Janet Elsey of Guelph. Loving grandfather of Christopher Watkins and Fiancée Rhiannon Harding, Ashley Johnston & husband Matt, Justin Mitchell and Amanda Mitchell. Loving great grandfather of Christopher Watkins, Alexander Johnston and Abbigail Johnston. Dear brother of Darlene Pinder of Fergus. Jack is also survived by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by parents John & Hannah Mitchell, sisters Florence Martin & husband George, Olive Drohan & husband Bob, Mary Brown and husband Lloyd and brother Bill Mitchell & wife Hazel. Friends called at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00p.m. Funeral service was held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mount Forest on Monday March 24th at 11:00a.m. Cremation followed.
