Peacefully at Fairview Lodge, Whitby on Wednesday March 6, 2019 in her 99th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley. Loving mother of Judith (Anthony), Bruce (Nancy) and Janet (Uwe). Cherished grandmother of Shannon, Joe (Jodie), Jeff, Kevin (Sarah) and Alina (Andrew). Lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren Maya, Sasha, Peter, Erik, Carl, Keanna, Cayley and Owen. Dear sister of the late Nora. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews Roberta, Robert, Joan and John and other family and friends who share wonderful memories. Betty dedicated her life to her family, community of Mount Forest, ON and her faith. She was devoted to her calling as a teacher and the pursuit of higher education. Inurnment service will be held at Mount Forest Cemetery Columbarium on Saturday September 21st at 11:00am. Reception to follow at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 114 Fergus Street South, Mount Forest.
