Of Palmerston passed away suddenly at the Palmerston Hospital on Saturday, July 20, 2024, in her 60th year. Survived by daughter Annie J. Martin, Annie’s father Edward Martin, her mother Jacqueline and step dad Bill Pinkerton, brother Curtis Moore (Kim Sutton), Mark Moore (Marie-Claude Blouin), and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Predeceased by her infant son Benjamin, her father Fred Moore, brother Blaine Moore, and father and mother-in-law David B. and Annie G. Martin. A beloved figure in her community and a friend to all, April taught piano and was a church pianist for over forty years. The family received friends at the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church, 400 Whites Road, Palmerston, Ontario on Tuesday July 23, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00pm. The funeral service was held in the Palmerston Christian Reformed Church, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 1:00pm with visitation from 12:00 – 12:45pm. Interment took place in Floradale Mennonite Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to MusiCounts or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
