Louise was born in Bistroff, France on September 30th, 1956, to Robert and Lucille Verrall, she was the second youngest of her three sisters, Pat, Nancy, and Lorraine. The family moved to Canada, where she enjoyed a childhood in Milton, with many summers spent at the family farm in St. Thomas. Her commitment to volunteering was recognized on a national level when she was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2015 for 24 years of volunteering for the CDA. In the realm of public service, Louise made significant contributions as a Municipal Councillor for Guelph Eramosa Township. Her dedication to the well-being of her community was unwavering, and she approached her responsibilities with a sense of duty and a desire to make a positive impact.
