MARSBERGEN, John June 29,1916 – September 28, 2018. Passed away suddenly at Highland Manor, Fergus, Ontario. John in his 103rd year was born in Holland and came to Canada in 1925. He is predeceased by his wife Annie, sisters Nell VanderWerf, Anne Scholte and brother Michael Marsbergen. He is fondly remembered by long time friend Muriel Power. Sadly missed by his sons Harold Marsbergen (Barb), Machael Marsbergen (Shirley) and his daughter Johanna Woodroffe (Jim). Also remembered by (8) Grandchildren, (14) Great Grandchildren and (2) Great-Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Donations in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society in John’s name. A Celebration of John’s Life will be held at the Adult Hall at Maple Leaf Acres, Fergus, Ontario, on Sunday October 21, 2018 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
