1941-2022 Surrounded by her family, June Evelyn Marie (nee Anger) Lloyd passed away at Homewood Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at the age of 81. Marie was a tiny but mighty woman, who absolutely loved spending time with her family. Nothing made her happier than dancing, singing and having fun with her grandkids and a Coors Lite in her hand. Beloved wife of the late Tommy Lloyd. Dear mom to Keith and Susan of Hampton, New Brunswick, Kim and Doug Dyksterhuis of Drayton, Kathy Fritz and Dave of Harriston, Karen and John Groshaw of Port Elgin, and Kelly and Jason Lawrence of Harriston. Grandmother of Jessica (Aaron), James (Sarah), Melisa (Josh), Bryan (Melissa), Matt (Sarah), Billy (Alicia), Vanessa (Cory), Britany, Corey (April), Ryan (Jason), and Jordan (Jess), Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Riley (Logan), Ben, & Sydney. Great-grandma of Colin, Hayden, Lane, Jadzia, Cricket, Clementine, Sadie, Mikaela, Summer, Harry, Finnley, Madison, Brooklyn, Alec, Jazmine, Teagan, Aden, Abigail, Zoey, Julie, Erika, Alexis, Emma, Mackenzie, Owen, Peyton, Braxton. Sister of Thelma, Marion, Joe (Joyce), Harry (Marg), Jacqueline, Fred, Donna, and Charlie (Barb), and sister-in-law of Susie (Boyce). Predeceased by her brothers Billy, Jim, Dave, Jack, & Dale, great-grandson, Brody, son-in-law Mark Fritz, and parents George and Agnes (nee Speers) Anger. Private family services was held at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Wednesday, November 30th at 2:00pm. Interment at Harriston Cemetery. The public Celebration of Marie’s life will be held on Saturday, December 10th from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Harriston Legion (upstairs).
