It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donald V. Little on May 7 at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, in his 90th year, after a brief illness. Beloved husband of 63 years to Barbara. Dear father to Rebecca and Sean. Brother to Joe, Dennis, Lillian and John. Uncle to Joan McKissock and Eileen Little. Great Uncle to Joanne and Jennifer. Cousin to Diane Pettet and Justin and Patty McNichol. A notorious prankster who loved laughter and mischief! A self made man who charged through life’s adventures with fearless abandon. From the early days in Toronto working tirelessly with his family on the egg routes to his swinging 60s night club, The Gogue Inn, to Jerry’s Cottages in New Wasaga Beach then to Fergus to raise his family before heading to Hamilton to enjoy his ‘so called’ retirement!!! He loved travelling with his wife by his side. He was a generous and devoted husband, father and friend. We will announce a Celebration of Life at a later, safer time.
