Lorna Jeanette (Demerling) Lints of Clifford passed away at Bright Shores Health System, Owen Sound on Friday, January 26, 2024 in her 95th year. Wife of the late Howard Lints (2003). Mother of Dennis and Cheryl Lints of Brampton, JoAnne McKay of Listowel, and Mary Lou and Kevin Loos of Clifford. Grandmother of Shaun and Carmi Lints, Karen Lints, Austin Lints, Angela and Brandon Dickey, Stacey and Mike Brown, Katrina McKay, Michelle Loos, and Trevor Loos and Carla Caughill. Great-grandmother of Claire Lints, Owen Lints, Everett Dickey, Emerson Dickey, Mckayla Brown, Mikah Brown, Kohlten McKay-Kelly, Carter Loos, and Taylor Loos. Sister of Dianne Hutchison of Port Elgin, and Janice and Neil Paulin of Guelph, and sister-in-law of Janet Demerling of Walkerton. She will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Wayne Lints (2017) and wife Debbie (2012), brothers Brian Demerling and wife Myrtle, Glen Demerling and wife Jackie, and Wayne Demerling, brother-in-law Don Hutchison, and parents Eldon and Edna Demerling. Visitation was held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00pm. The funeral service was held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifford on Wednesday, January 31 at 11:00am. The service will be live streamed, and the link available on the funeral home website. Spring interment in Clifford Cemetery.
