LENSELINK, Bert

Bertus Lenselink of Harriston, passed away at Royal Terrace, Palmerston, on Monday, October 17, 2022, in his 92nd year. Husband of the late Dini Lenselink (2014).  Father of Diane Williamson of Chatham, Gerrilynne Jones-Anderson and Jim Anderson of Fergus, John and Christine Lenselink of Palmerston, and Mary and Martin Wynja, and Rick and Kelly Lenselink, all of Harriston.  He will be missed by his grandchildren, Natasha and Kevin Orton, Melissa and Craig Fuerth, Darren and Katie Jones, Tracey and Craig Skochinski, Dennis and Katie Jones, Nicole and Tyler Crawford, Brittany and Brody Dettman, Stephanie and Brad Hessels, Tiffany and Jamie Hoelscher, Amy Wynja, Dean Wynja, Katelyn and Drake Morgan, Alex Lenselink, and Katrina Lenselink and Luke Bilyk.  Great-grandfather of Zoey & Dax Orton, Lily & Shera Fuerth, Josh, Ian, & Eric Jones, Dawson & Natalie Jones, Nova Crawford, and Jade, Ryder, & Calla Dettman. Brother to Nienke Harmsen, and Gerrie & Henk Pelgrim, and brother-in-law of Anton and Hermien Heijink, and Alie Heijink, all of Holland. Bert was predeceased by his infant son Henk, sons-in-law Larry Jones and Kevin Williamson, and by his siblings and siblings-in-laws, Riek Lenselink, Gerrit and Antje Lenselink, Henk and Alie Lenselink, Marinus Lenselink, Ton Harmsen, Derk and Gerda Heijink, Bertha Heijink, Jo and Ab Bettman, Hentje and Gerrit Pelskamp, Henk and Bertha Heijink, Jan Heijink, Karel and Jannie Heijink, and Gerrit and Reine Heijink, all of Holland. Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00pm.  The funeral service will be held at Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston, on Friday, October 21st at 1:00pm. The service will be live-streamed and the link available on the funeral home website. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
