LANDMAN, Sjoerd (George) Jacob; Surrounded by love and compassion, George peacefully passed away at Hospice Wellington, Guelph on Thursday, September 17th, 2015, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Sytske for 64 years. Loving father of John (Marie Jordan), Jeannette (Doug Jamieson), Karen (Chris Pollock), Sibbelina (Marcel Niklaus), Michael (Laura), Elmer (Leslie), Deborah (Brett Morrison), Benjamin (Barb) and Eric (Kerry – predeceased). Grandfather and great-grandfather to many. Sadly missed by anyone who knew him. Visitation was held at Trinity United Church, 17 King Street, Grand Valley on Sunday, September 20th from 2-4 pm. A Celebration of George’s Life was held at the Landman farm, 322345 Concession 6-7, Grand Valley, ON, L9W 0X3 on Monday, September 21st at 1 pm.
