Kingsbury, Edward James; At St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Edward James Kingsbury, in his 78th year, was the beloved husband of 50 years of Leona (Bolton) Kingsbury of Rockwood. He was the loving father of Tim Kingsbury and his wife Julie of Nassagaweya, and Sandy Boreham of Guelph. Edward was the proud grandfather of Jenny and her husband John Latter, and Daniel Kingsbury, and great-grandfather of Gracie and Riley Latter. Predeceased by his parents Charles, and Orvellia (Whyte) Kingsbury. Ed was born in Nassagaweya on the family farm where his son and grandson still live. He was the 5th generation to live in Nassagaweya. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9pm and on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Vigil for Edward will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Church, Rockwood on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11am.
