Huxley, H. Ross; Peacefully at the Wellington Terrace, Fergus, on January 18, 2011 in his 91st year. He has gone to join his late wife Florence, to whom he was married to for 61 years. He was the dear father of Marlene MacMurchy (Charlie), Janice Bootle, Brenda Whyte and Lyn (Kathy). He was the beloved grandpa of Brian MacMurchy (Sarah), Kelly Garrett (Neil), Chad Huxley (Karlijn), Brandy Huxley (Brent), and great-grandpa of Rachael MacMurchy, Isabelle and Tyler Garrett. Predeceased by son-in-law Chris Bootle (2008). He was the beloved son of the late Edgar and Marguerite Huxley. Predeceased by Florence’s eleven brothers and sisters and their spouses. Survived by one sister-in-law Alma Sinclair. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph. Family and Friends will be received on Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 12pm to 2pm. A Funeral Service will follow in our chapel at 2pm. Interment at Huxley Cemetery, spring 2011.
