Howes, Elizabeth (Betty); Passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on August 31, 2009 in her 86th year. Loving mom to Wm. “Bill” and his partner Judy Martin. Survived by brother in law John Howes and sister in law Isobel Wilcox. Predeceased by her husband W. Warden, sisters Kay Plyley, Marguerite Holbrook and Georgina Gilliland. Family will receive friends at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. S., Fergus on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday, September 4 at 11am. Donations can be directed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Guelph General Hospital, cards are available at the funeral home or at the service.
