HOUSTON, Beatrice Elaine, (nee Forsyth) of Palmerston and formerly of R.R.# 3, Moorefield passed away peacefully at the Royal Terrace Nursing Home, Palmerston on Sunday, June 11, 2017 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Houston (2004) for 56 years. Dear Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother of Allen Houston and his wife Lorna of Castleton, and their family Patricia Houston (Bill Rowe) of Port Hope, Alexandria and Breanna, Christopher (Sarah) Houston of Terrace B.C. Owen, Calin and Tyson, and Kimberly Houston (Matt) of Red Deer, Alberta; Bob Houston and his wife Joan “Jo” of R.R.# 3 Moorefield and their family Christy (Noel) Laporte of Moose Factory, Adelle, Elise and Celeste, Terri Houston of Listowel and son Justin and David (Melissa) Houston of Manitoulin Island. Fondly remembered by her brother John Allen Forsyth and wife Joan of Burnaby B.C. two sisters-in-law Margaret McKee of Lindsay and Irene Maurer of Listowel. Predeceased by one son John Houston (2008), two grandchildren Donald and Bonnie (1976) and two sisters Jean Marion Bauder.(2006), Marguerite Joy Townsend (2012). The family received friends on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston. Rev. Jeff Woods conducted the Funeral Service in the Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church, 1205 Tremaine Ave S. Listowel on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Bethesda Cemetery.
