The family of Bill is saddened to announce his sudden passing on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus, at the age of 60. Loving husband of Virginia (née Robinson) for 35 years, and proud father of Kyle (Teresa) and Shayla. He is survived by his sister, Sandra (Wilf), and his brother, John. Bill will be missed by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Predeceased by his mother, Grace. Bill was a man that was known to put everyone else before himself. He was a hard worker, a joker, and the first person to lift your spirits when you needed support and encouragement. As per Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 1-3pm on Friday, July 26th, 2024 at Bethel Baptist Church, 675 Victoria Terrace, Fergus, with a memorial service to immediately follow at 3pm. Following the memorial service, guests are invited downstairs to the reception hall for a time of fellowship and refreshments. Elevator access is available. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, and are greatly appreciated by his family.
