Suddenly as the result of a car accident on Thursday, May 25, 2023 in his 68th year. Cherished partner of Chris Davis for 34 years. Loving brother of Robert (Pat) Hale, Marie (Peter) Vaillancourt, Gina (Brent) Gerrie, and Kevin (Carol) Hale; and brother-in-law of Jenny Davis and Ted Davis. Dear uncle of Nathan (Amanda), Alicia (Derek), Jon, James, Justin, Matthew (Kayla), Lizzie (Cody), and God-daughter Hanna (Benn). Also remembered by Chris’ many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Cyril and Jean Hale, and infant sister Mary. Ron loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was a dedicated parishioner of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Ayton. Ron was a life-long sports fan, and was particularly fond of the Toronto Blue Jays. His passions included gardening, tending to his flowers, and taking care of animals, especially his beloved cats. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 943 Caroline Street, Ayton, on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mount Forest.
