GRAHAM, Faith Elizabeth (McNamara)

It is with a profound sense of loss that we announce the passing of Faith Elizabeth Graham (McNamara), of Walkerton, after a year-long battle with blood cancer at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Terry for 53 years and mother to Heather Perigo and husband Craig, of Guelph, and Jeff Graham, of Kincardine. Cherished “Grandma Buddy” to Beckett, Neve and Ewan Graham. Faith is survived by her brother Mark McNamara (June); Dan McNamara (Judy); Hope Campbell; Charlotte Philp (Bill); Eugene McNamara (Lynda); and Monica Landoni (Tom). She is also dearly missed by brothers-in-law Bob Graham, Warren Graham (Joan), Doug Graham (Ann) and her sister-in-law Pat Graham as well as her many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family. She is predeceased by her parents Murray and Aileen McNamara, of Arthur; brother-in-law Robert Campbell; and sister-on-law Sherry Graham. Faith worked for many years in the community of Walkerton, both with the Walkerton Town Police and later with the OPP detachment in town. She was also a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Walkerton. This led her to develop many lifelong and true friendships with people in her community. When she became ill, she was overwhelmed with support, well wishes and prayers, all of which she and her family were truly thankful for. Faith could always be counted on to remember someone’s birthday, to send a note to someone who was struggling, to add people to her prayer list or to support those in need. She had a very strong faith and believed in giving to anyone in need. The family thanks all the doctors, nurses and staff who took such good care of her during her illness. Friends and relatives are invited for a memorial visitation from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. A private family service will be held at Cameron’s. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton, will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Huron Shores Hospice, Tiverton, or to a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
