passed away at his home on Friday, April 24, 2020 in his 96th year, with his longtime friend of Katherine Boley and his family at his side. He was a World War II veteran and a longtime member of the Legion. He loved the outdoors and lived a fulfilled life. Father of Vince and Carol-Ann Gower of Harriston, Carolanne and Herb Densmore of Harriston, and Lois Bastell of Glen Williams. He will be missed by his extended family, Bryan and Sueanne Boley of Mount Forest, Kristine Lewis and Peter of Fergus, and Deborah Rose and Kevin of New Hampshire; and by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his son Briann Gower and by his brother Edward Gower. Cremation has taken place.
