GILES, Ken; Peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Kay Giles of Arthur. Dear father of Jennifer Tanner of Arthur, Ann (Gary) Metzger of Elmira and Rob (Valorie) of Drayton. Loving grandpa of Ashley, Zachary, Josie, Jordan, Melanie and Kathryn. Sadly missed by brothers-in-law Bill Hutchison, Earl (Kathy) Hutchison, Harvey (Joy) Hutchison, Brian (Brenda) Hutchison and Stuart (Myrna) Hutchison and sister-in-law Pauline (Allen) Mainland. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Jenny Giles, son-in-law Dick Tanner, great niece Brylee Atkinson and nephew Steven Hutchison. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home 243 George St., Arthur on Friday April 10, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 149 Frederick St. East, Arthur on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. Spring interment Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation, Building Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
