Geddes, Gordon Colvin: Passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Sunday March 24, 2013 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Audrey Eakett (2003). Loving father of Laura (Allan) Bieman, Lorne (Ruth) Geddes and David (Carol) Geddes. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren Sheila Bieman (Levi and Allana Vanderlaan), Kevin Bieman, Brent (Tracey) Geddes (Blair, Dannika, James), Crystal (Aaron) Bailey (Brooke). Survived by his brother Carlyle Geddes of Fergus. Half brothers Bill (Marlene) Geddes and Don (Debbie) Geddes. Previously deceased by his sister-in-law Margaret Geddes (2012). Survived by his nieces and nephews. Colvin will also be sadly missed by many friends. Visitation took place at the Graham A. Giddy funeral home, 37 Church Street, Elora, on Tuesday, March 26th, 2013, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. A funeral service for Colvin was held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 55 Church Street, Elora on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 2:00pm, there was visitation at the church from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
