1927 – 2019 Passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus on Sunday October 13th in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Allan Galbraith (1978). She is lovingly remembered by her children Ronald (Edith) Galbraith and Carol (Mike) Foley and was a loving grandmother to Tara (Greg)Baker, Shannon (Kyle) Halls, Brooke Foley (Owen), Blair Galbraith (Heidi) and Marsha Galbraith. Great grandmother to Kayleb, Tayler, Orrin, Charlee, Gracie, Carter, Aelowyn and Isla. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and best friends. Predeceased by her son Larry Galbraith (2011). Visitation for Marion was held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus on Wednesday October 16th from 7:00 – 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday October 17th at 2:00pm followed by her burial at The Belsyde Cemetery in Fergus. As requested by the family, donations can be directed towards the Groves Memorial Hospital or Spinal Cord Research.
