Dear father to Krista and Cody Bates of Drayton and Todd Fraser of Fergus. Proud grandfather to Brooke, Liam and Evan Bates. Brother of Helen Leitch and Jean and John Weiler. Son-in-law of Marjory Cunningham. Brother in law of Susan and Murray Hamilton, Beth and Glen Morrison, Judy Colford, Bob Cunningham and partner Laurie and Linda Cunningham and partner Dave. Predeceased by his parents, Charles Sr. and Grace Fraser, brother-in- law David Leitch and father-in-law Frank Cunningham. Remembered by nieces, nephews and friends.
