FLETCHER, Keith John; Passed away suddenly, at the Guelph General Hospital, with his family by his side. Keith Fletcher (July 4, 1947 – October 23, 2015) is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Lynn. He was the beloved father of Karen Elo (Tony), Kevin, Sheri Lewis (Paul), Julie Lockhart-Belanger (Chris), Tracy Lewis and James (Tara). He was the cherished grandfather to 19 and great-grandfather to 4. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Marlene Dowdall (Vernon), brother John (Deborah), Jeanette, step-father Roy Smith, step-brother Stan Smith (Mary) and step sister-in-law Louise Smith-Rutherford. Also fondly remembered by his in-laws Glenn Raby (Eileen), Harland Raby, Heather Raby-Giberson and by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Keith was predeceased by his parents Austin Fletcher and Marjorie Fletcher-Smith, brothers Don and Wayne, brother-in-law Melburn (Butch), step-brother Everett Smith, step-sister Eileen Smith and by his granddaughter Sarah Fletcher. Friends were received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph for visitation on Tuesday, October 27 from 6-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. His service was held in the chapel on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. If so desired, donations made to the Hospice Wellington, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Guelph Wish for Children would be appreciated.
