Elliottt, James C. (Jim); Following a lengthy illness on Sunday July 20, 2008, at the Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, Jim Elliott of Fergus formerly of Brampton in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Kathleen Elliott (Keane). Loved father of James (Joan) Elliott of Brampton. Pre-deceased by his daughter Kerry Ann Elliott (1999). The family received their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 280 St. David St. S. Fergus, on Monday July 21 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 460 St. George St. West, Fergus on Tuesday July 22 at 11:00 am. Father Ian Duffy officiated at the service. Burial was held in the family plot at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, in Brampton. Remembrances to the St. Joseph Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
