Neil was known by his colleagues not only for his strong work ethic but also for his endearing personality, quick wit, and contagious sense of humour that brightened the workplace. Beyond his professional life, Neil’s passion for sports was undeniable. Many in Guelph will fondly remember him as one of the best and fairest soccer referees ever to take the field. Whether on the soccer field or the bowling green, Neil approached every challenge with skill, grace, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Neil’s life was a reflection of kindness, integrity, and a genuine love for people. His impact extended beyond his family and professional circles, as he touched the lives of many with his warmth and generosity.
