Doughty, John Edward; After a brief illness, John passed away on May 15, 2013 at the age of 71, beloved husband of 51 years to Rosemary. Loving father to Paul (Dawn) and Rachel (John). Cherished Poppa to Michael, Liam and Josh, Keegan, Nicholas and Sara. John will be deeply missed by his family and friends as well as his beloved dog Laika. A memorial service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church in Elora, Ontario on June 1st, 2013 at 2pm. A celebration of John’s life will be held at John and Rosemary’s house following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Groves Memorial Hospital in John’s memory would be appreciated.
