Dobbie, Mayda Ileen (nee McFadzean): Passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus, on January 6th, 2012 in her 87th year. Beloved mother of Gwendolyn and her husband Laverne May of Fergus, Christopher Raven and his wife Lauretta of Barrie and Gregory (Sam) Raven of Southampton. Much loved grandmother of Neisha, Brendan, Mark, Kristy, Kerri and Dale and great grandmother of Liam, Casey, Riley and Alder. Dear sister of Enid and her husband Lewis Sargent of Gravenhurst. Also survived by her sisters-in-law Mary Cawthra and Janet McFadzean. Predeceased by William John Raven (husband), her daughter Frances Ellen, sister Marjorie and brothers Barrie and Paul. Funeral Service for Mayda will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Friday, January 13th at 1pm, with visitation 2 hours prior to the Service.
