Dixon, Rose Eloise (Lolly); Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Wednesday February 27, 2008 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Roy Dixon of Arthur. Dear mother of Glenn and Peggy Dixon of Arthur, Ken and Edna Dixon of Arthur, Jane and Bob Barlow of Orillia and Robert Dixon and his companion Mary Brandon of Mt. Forest. Loving grandma of Jeff, Shelley(Mark), Brad (Kelli), Brian (Sonia), Jeremy, Lisa (Matt) and Ashley( Eric ). Loving Nana of great grandchildren Josh, Tamara, Makenzie, Taylor, Alise, Tori and Coralee. Survived by sisters Phyllis Miller of Georgia, Doris McPherson of Mt. Forest, Joyce King of London and Mavis Zuccala of Guelph. Sadly missed by brother-in-law Merlin Dixon of Fergus, sisters-in-law Audrey Foster of London, Denelda Green of Arthur and Doris Jamieson of Kenilworth. Predeceased by sisters Viola McIntosh and Leota Beauharnois and brothers Harry Givens, Wilfred Givens, Delbert Givens, James Givens and Gilbert Givens and grand daughter Lisa Dixon-Bodz. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home 243 George St. Arthur on Friday February 29, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Arthur on Saturday March 1, 2008 at 2 p.m. Spring interment Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur.
