Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jane Lilith Heather Davis (nee Creighton) on July 6, 2024 at Hospice Wellington. She will be deeply missed by her wife, Tiffany Burtch and her two stepchildren Odyn (12) and Frankie (3). She is survived by her mother, Cindy Creighton (Steve Humble) of Welland, stepmother Jo of Delhi, brothers Darryl Creighton (Noel) of Welland and Trevor Creighton (Kerri) of St. Catharines. Jane will be fondly remembered by her beloved nieces and nephews, Isabelle, Violet, Hudson, Dallas and Wynter and her two dogs Takoda and Darling. Pre-deceased by her father Dave and her soul-dog Lucy, Jane will also be missed by her many friends and co-workers. Over the last year Jane was lovingly cared for by the staff at Groves Memorial Hospital. A special thank you to Drs. Katie McGowen, Michelle Whitney, Elyse Hoffman, Edie Pett and many more for their care. The family is deeply grateful for the many tender hearts and strong hands that made Jane happy, hopeful and comfortable throughout her journey with cancer. Due to her hard work and the support of her care team, she was able to have a beautiful final year of her life. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates any donations in Jane’s honour to be made to Hospice Wellington. Care for the family provided by Passages Cremation and Burial.
