Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Sunday August 27, 2023 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Claussen (2006). Loving mother of Uwe (Angela) Claussen, Ralph (Kelly) Claussen, and Peter (Tina) Claussen. Cherished Oma of Ben (Sara) Claussen, Brett (Jenny) Claussen, Brady (Kerri) Claussen, Meaghan Claussen, Jenna (Vince) Salvatori, Ryan (Abeer) Claussen, Melanie White, and Megan White. Great Oma of Addison, Josie, Rory, Avery, Abigail, Oliver, Declan, Blakely, Violet, Henry, Sloane, Tye, Levi, Remi, and the late Macey (2015). Dear sister of Hanna Nordman. Predeceased by her siblings, Paul Reinhardt, Karla Dobberkau and Hans Reinhardt. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation took place at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main St. Niagara Falls on Friday September 1, 2023 from 11am to 1pm. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Thea followed at 1pm with cremation following the service. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
