Brown, John Robert; Peacefully with his family by his side on November 5th at home in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Lloyd). Cherished father of Barbara (Bill Kempers) of Caledon, Rick (Audrey) of Blackfalds, AB, Diane (Peter Rooyakkers)of Belwood and Cindy (Dave Pratt), of Peterborough. Lovingly remembered by seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Survived by sisters Florence Gawronsky of Harriston and Marg (Alex Acheson) of Edmonton, AB and brothers Alex (Beverly) of Markham, George (Gina) of Brampton and Jim (Shirley) of Olds, AB. Predeceased by brothers Willard of London and Harry of Markham. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Simes Funeral Home, Grand Valley. Cremation has taken place. Private memorial service to follow. In John’s memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
