Passed away peacefully with her loving ‘team’ surrounding her on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Her family and an entire community of love rallied around her in her final days. She lived a life of adventure, living in many places around the world, with her heart living both in the Territories as well as her beloved Elora/Fergus area. She was a talented artist, trail walker, a skater and beloved skating coach, a sister, an aunt, a daughter, a friend and so much more. Her adventurous and kind spirit will live on in those who loved her greatly. Susan was preceded in death by her devoted parents Philibert and Verna Bazinet and loving brother Michael. Leaving behind her sister-in-law Irene, niece Kathy, great nieces Hailey and Samantha, nephew Raymond, brother Douglas, sister in law Marta, nephew Craig, niece Lesley and dear cousins Leona, Gerry and Grace. A celebration honouring Sue’s life and wishes is being planned for Sept 24th, 2024 at the Wellington County Museum. As per Sue’s wishes donations made to The Aboyne Rural Hospice would be greatly appreciated. http://aboyneruralhospice.org/ Celebration details will be posted on the Wellington County Museum website and in the Wellington Advertiser.
