Baxter, Wayne Joseph; Suddenly on Saturday, February 16th, 2008 , he passed away at home in Grand Valley in his 51st year. Loving father of Jamie (Wendy), Aaron, Brandon and Krista of Grand Valley. Cherished grandfather of Daniel. Sadly missed by his mother Mary Baxter (Bill Grogan) of Grand Valley. Treasured brother of Donna (Steve), Cindy (Ron), Gloria (Tom), Jean (Scott) and Jim (Dawn). Lovingly remembered by Marilyn. Fondly remembered by his aunts and uncles, Eleanor (Ted Baxter- predeceased), George Kelly, Ozzie and Joyce Baxter, Gloria and Eddie Wiens, Jackie and Eddie Wallace, Kay (Harold Baxter – predeceased). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Eugene "Junior" Baxter, his grandparents Dorothy and Frank Kelly and Marie and Jack Baxter. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 21st and Friday, February 22nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Simes Funeral Home, Main St, Grand Valley. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at the Trinity United Church, Grand Valley with Reverend Ron Archer officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
