Barber, James F.: Passed away at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Sunday, February 24, 2013 in his 79th year. Survived by his wife, the former Janet McEwing. Also surviving are his 4 sons and their families. Brian and Gianna of Glen Williams (Tara, Brendon and Robert), Grant and Janice of Potomac, Maryland (Philip, Lauren and Christopher), Graham and Jo-Ann of Barrie (Kyle and Landon), Donald and Shari of Stratford (Andrew, Matthew and Rachael). Also survived by 4 brothers, 3 sisters and former daughter-in-law Lynn Barber Predeceased by his parents Cecil and Eva Barber, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Jim was a long time employee of the Royal Bank. Visitation was held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 2:00–4:00 and 7:00-9:00p.m. A Funeral Service was held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin.
