Banks (Dumas), Darlene Linda; Darlene Linda Banks (Dumas) – 47 years old – passed away Monday January 13th, 2014 at Guelph General Hospital after a valiant fight with Lung Cancer surrounded by family. Her strong will to live and the love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters carried her through the struggle. She is survived by her only son Sam (Katelyn) Johnston, brother Larry (Maryellen) Dumas, older sisters Debbie (Trevor) Dumas and Diane (Ross) Dumas, younger sister Denise (Sean) Rex, father William and pre-deceased Ella Dumas. Grandmother to Emma and Sophia. Missed by many nieces & nephews and a number of other relatives & close friends. There was a visitation & service held for family and friends at Graham Giddy Funeral Home Ltd. in Elora at 37 Church St. E. on Saturday January 18th. The visitation was from 11:00-1:00 with the service following.
