AITKEN, Beulah Ellen

Passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family at Strathcona Long Term Care on Monday, May 20, 2024 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Harry Aitken (2000). Cherished mother Phyllis (John) Flanagan, Keith (Doris) Aitken, Lloyd (Joan) Aitken, Mark (Cindy) Aitken, and Neil (Laurie) Aitken. Loving grandmother of Dean (Mandi), Paul (Alaina), Tim (Chantel), Alex, Shawn (Alexandria), Chris (Rachel), Chad (Amanda), Cory (Sarah), Jennie (Scott), Andy, Jonathan (Paige), and Alyx; and great-grandmother of Morgan, Harrison, Gwendolyn, Fulton, Whitney, Hayli, Peyton, Alyx, Robyn, Islee, Jack, Lily, Lennox and Poppy. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson, Todd Flanagan; sister Annie (Noble) Lytle; brother Murray Holliday; brothers-in-law Walter (Olive) Aitken and Murray (Vera) Aitken; and sister-in-law Elizabeth (Art) Haas. Visitation was held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Thursday, May 23rd from 6:00-8:00pm. The funeral service was held at Mount Forest United Church, 175 Queen Street East, Mount Forest, on Friday, May 24th at 11:00am, with visitation at the church from 10:00-10:45am. Immediately following, all were invited to the church hall for refreshments and fellowship. Interment in Holstein Cemetery.
