The North American premier of Peter Quilter’s Just the Ticket is coming to the Century Church Theatre for one week, from Sept. 19 to 23.
As the Summer Festival winds down, the laughter is just picking up as the comedic journey of the character Susan returns to Australia to relive memories of her youth and reunite with three girl-friends 30 years after their first trip to the continent.
Susan is the only one who can now make the trip, so despite her nervousness about traveling alone, she sets out to relive their memories as well as her own, finding new adventure along the way.
The production stars local actress Carol McCone, directed by Neville Worsnop.
Just the Ticket runs for one week only, Sept. 19 to 23, with performances on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 2:30pm, and Friday and Saturday at 8pm.
