Police have charged a Grand Valley woman for not having a mandated ignition interlock device on a vehicle she was driving.
On Jan. 1 at about 2am a Wellington County OPP officer conducting general patrol on Trafalgar Road in Erin stopped a vehicle for allegedly having an obstructed rear licence plate.
Jessica Marie Culshaw, 33, of Grand Valley, was charged with driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device while prohibited from doing so. She is to appear in Guelph court on Feb. 21. The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
