FERGUS – The housing complex under construction behind the New to You store on St. David Street North (Highway 6) in Fergus is nearing completion. Reid’s Heritage Homes is constructing 112 stacked townhouses at the site, which the developer calls Sunrise Grove. The first block should be ready for occupancy in June and the rest by October, officials say.
