Nestle community office hours in Puslinch start Oct. 24

Nestlé Waters has announced that starting Oct. 24, it will host community office hours on a bi-weekly basis at the Puslinch Community Centre at 23 Brock Road South.

The new community office hours in Puslinch, announced on Oct. 7, will make Nestlé Waters more accessible to address the questions of local residents in Puslinch and Guelph, officials say.

“The decision to relocate some of our community office hours to Puslinch happened after we attended the Sept. 26, 2016 session of Guelph council and actively listened to the questions raised by council and members of the community,” said Andreanne Simmard, Nestlé’s natural resources manager.

Since July 2015, Nestlé Waters has held over 100 community office hours in Elora.

Over the year, hundreds of local residents have attended to learn about Nestlé Waters’ proposed pump test permit and conditional offer to purchase the Middlebrook Water Co., a property that had been for sale for almost a decade.

Community open office hours in Elora and Aberfoyle change weekly. They are uploaded to Nestlé’s website www.Nestle-Waters.ca and are advertised in the Wellington Advertiser.
