That ward is currently served by Lynda White, of Arthur.

While Heinbuch admits to not having direct experience as a county councillor, “I have been exposed to municipal government for over 25 years. I understand how municipal government – county council operates and how it is governed.”

He describes himself as “a results oriented individual. I will not make any political promises, but I will strive to accomplish that the needs of the community of Wellington County are addressed and ensure growth, economic growth and prosperity to County Ward 4 and Wellington County as a whole.”

He stated, “The people of Wellington County are good, honest, and hardworking people and I would like to be given the opportunity to be of service to them.”

Heinbuch added that he intends to be accessible, available, and approachable, staying in touch with the people.
