Nutrition donation – Bobbi Turner, right, the Student Nutrition Program manager from Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington, recently accepted a donation of $2,233 from Mount Forest Lions Club president George Laurencic for the Food and Friends program. The donation will go towards ensuring youth in the community are attending school well nourished and ready to learn.
“The Lions thank the community for their support of our fundraising events for these excellent programs,” club officials state.
