FERGUS – The Mission Thrift Store in Fergus distributed gifts to residents of Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Home on Dec. 18. The gifts arrived just in time for Christmas, a day volunteers said can be lonely and isolating for some residents. Mission Thrift also donated puzzles, books, clothing and even a wheelchair.
