A pair of weekend losses left the Mapleton-Minto 81’s tied at two games apiece in their best-of-seven WOAA Senior ‘AA’ final series with the Komoka Classics.
After winning the first two games of the series, the 81’s dropped game three, played in Mount Forest on April 11, by an 8-2 count.
Mapleton-Minto got goals from Scott Tregunna and Joe Heenan in the loss, while Reed Norman picked up two assists.
Komoka won again on April 12, downing the 81’s 5-2 in Komoka.
Game five was scheduled for April 17 at 8:45pm in Palmerston.
Game six will be played in Komoka on April 19 at 7:15pm.
If the series goes to a seventh game it will be played on April 20 in Palmerston at 7pm.
