Men wanted in robbery

PUSLINCH – Police are searching for two male suspects following a recent robbery on the Puslinch Tract.

Wellington County OPP officers responded to the incident, near Wellington Road 32 south of Highway 401, on Sept. 26 just after 4pm.

Police say the male victim was taking photographs – a small trail, just off the main trail that leads to the service centre – when he was approached by two men. “Following a brief, friendly verbal exchange, the men stole his clothing, camera and bag, which contained his wallet, cell phone and keys,” police stated in a press release. “The suspects were last seen walking on the trail towards the service centre.”

OPP officers were not able to locate the suspects and the victim “was treated at the scene by EMS for minor injuries that were as a result of walking in the wooded area,” police stated.

Suspect one is described as a Caucasian man in his 30s with shoulder length hair, scruffy facial hair and wearing  blue jeans and a grey short sleeve button down shirt.

Suspect two is described as a Caucasian man, average height, with mid-length hair and wearing blue jeans and a grey sweater with a front pocket/pouch (no hood).
